D. Bruno Starrs
D. Bruno Starrs is of Indigenous Australian descent and holds Masters degrees from Bond University and the University of Melbourne. His PhD in film studies is from Queensland University of Technology. He lectures in cinema at the Institut Teknologi Brunei.
