Annabel Wilson
Writer and teacher Annabel Wilson lives in Swannanoa, Te Wai Pounamu. Her poetry has been published and performed in Aotearoa and overseas. Annabel’s first book, Aspiring Daybook (Mākaro Press) won the NZ Mountain Book and Film Festival Best Fiction Award (2018) and was long-listed for the Ockham NZ Book Awards (2019). Her chapbook dusk & us (Ghost City Press) launches in summer 2024/25. She has a PhD in Creative Writing from Massey University and is a regular performer at arts festivals and spoken word events. annabelwilson.net
